IT Consultant - Life Science Business Area
Are you an IT Consultant, with a passion for working with clients, understanding their needs, and turning these into specifications and configurations that enable our clients to work in the most efficient way?
HERAX is looking for IT Consultants to lead or support projects in the Life Science sector from our office in Copenhagen.
As an IT Consultant at HERAX you will provide remote IT consulting services to our clients in- and outside of Denmark. You will be a member of our Life Science professional services team, who provide analysis, specification, validation, implementation, and support services for our clients.

Your key tasks will include:
Analyzing client needs and translating these into requirements and the design of specific solutions for life science companies
Bridge the gap between IT and business to ensure successful project outcomes
Configure applications to meet client needs, including configuration, setup different document types and templates, workflows, fields, interfaces etc.
Migration of data (import/export of data)
Training of system end-users and administrators on an ad-hoc basis
Validation of new system implementations and releases
Requirements for the position:
You have an eye for quality and are willing to go an extra mile to support the client
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service or consulting experience in the IT field
You have a curious mindset and are eager to continually learn
Speak and write English fluently
Minimum a master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (e.g. Informatics, Digital Transformation, cand.merc.it, etc.)
Optional requirements (Nice to have):
Project management experience
Understanding of Life Science IT processes and systems
IT technical knowledge within information architecture and design
The ability to gain knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the Life Science industry
