SERVICE CREW CUM BARTENDER

$2,000.00 ~ $2,600.00 (Excluding Incentive)

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when required.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, beer and other drinks.
• Operate the bar area, including preparation, garnishing and presentation of beverages.
• Ensure tables, bar counters and service areas are clean, organized and well maintained.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to establishment standards.
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and feedback professionally.
• Process customer bills and payments accurately.
• Maintain sufficient stock of beverages, bar supplies and service items.
• Assist with stock checking, replenishment and inventory control.
• Follow proper procedures for handling alcoholic beverages and responsible alcohol service.
• Comply with food hygiene, workplace safety and company operating procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparation of the outlet.
• Support other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, bar or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Bartending or beverage preparation experience will be an advantage.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift work.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Pleasant personality, responsible and team-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages and bar operations.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
