Responsibilities:

Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules. Coordinate meetings and ensure timely reminders and follow-ups. Prepare meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and other executive documents. Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action points. Handle correspondence, emails, and official communications. Coordinate internal and external meetings with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Assist with planning and coordinating company events, conferences, and business activities. Track important deadlines, tasks, and commitments. Conduct research and prepare briefs or summaries when required. Maintain organised records and confidential company documents. Liaise with different departments to obtain updates and ensure effective communication. Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, and logistics when required. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Communications, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. High level of confidentiality, discretion, and integrity. Ability to work effectively with senior management and different departments.
