Trainer - Electricity
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical classroom and practical training programs in Electrical Engineering.
- Develop, review, and improve training materials and methodologies.
- Assess and evaluate trainee performance and certification.
- Plan and manage training resources, equipment, and laboratories.
- Mentor and coach trainees to enhance technical competency.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, ISO, HSE, and organizational standards.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Train-the-Trainer certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, including exposure to technical training.
- Hands-on experience with Medium Voltage (MV) and/or High Voltage (HV) systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred.
Preferred
- Previous GCC experience.
- Experience in vocational or technical training institutes.
