Production Engineering ( Bahariya Oasis )

Production Scheduling: Track the production schedule based on the harvesting plan and priority matrix issued by the Planning Department, and allocate work across production lines.

Resource Availability: Ensure the timely availability of raw materials and necessary production tools to enable smooth operation without downtime.

Workforce Management: Organize shift schedules and manage daily work rosters.

Supervision & Leadership: Direct, supervise, and issue daily instructions and assignments to supervisors.

Equipment Oversight: Monitor machinery, oversee equipment operations, and fine-tune technical settings for each product.

Downtime Minimization: Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns in coordination with the Maintenance Department to minimize downtime.

Supply Chain Tracking: Monitor daily harvest progress and incoming farm deliveries.

Efficiency & Waste Reduction: Track waste percentages and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.

Reporting: Prepare daily operational and performance reports

• Location: Alwahat, 22 working days, full accommodation, meals, and transportation

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Production, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering).

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the same manufacturing field

Production & Capacity Planning: Strong knowledge of production scheduling, bottleneck analysis, and capacity utilization

Maintenance Coordination: Solid understanding of machinery operation, preventive maintenance basics, and technical troubleshooting.
