About the job Role: Content & Communications Specialist  Location: 5 days a week (Office) - London, White City As a Content & Communications Specialist at Flatpay, you will be responsible for adapting and translating product and marketing materials for the UK market. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our messaging is both linguistically and culturally relevant while maintaining brand consistency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and language-savvy professional who can balance precise translation with creative localisation to craft engaging marketing communication. What you'll do Translate and localise marketing materials, including website and advert content, emails, sales brochures, and product communications. Ensure a consistent and professional tone of voice across all UK marketing channels. Proofread and refine translations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy and cultural alignment. Adapt global campaigns and content for the UK market in collaboration with the product and marketing teams. Optimise product communication based on local customer insights and market analysis. Engage with the UK community across Meta Ads, Trustpilot, and Google platforms, ensuring a positive and consistent representation of Flatpay’s brand. Contribute to UK product development by sharing insights gathered from close collaboration with merchants and internal teams. Skills & Background:  Native-level  proficiency  in  English  and excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Experience  in translation,  localisation , or content marketing,  preferably  in  fintech , SaaS, or  e-commerce . Strong  understanding  of  commercial   communication  with the  ability  to  simplify   complex  messages. Familiarity  with translation  tools  and  CMS platforms  is a plus.
