QC Engineer

1. Support the implementation of departmental plans by analyzing, improving, and optimizing work processes in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
2. Monitor, analyze, and report production quality performance, including new product activities, to ensure quality objectives and customer requirements are achieved.
3. Review, establish, and maintain work standards, quality
4. procedures, and related documentation.
5. Perform root cause analysis of quality and production issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and drive continuous improvement activities.
6. Conduct quality inspections, process monitoring, and data analysis to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.
7. Provide training and technical guidance to employees on quality systems, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
8. Prepare and maintain operational readiness, including the control, verification, and calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
9. Support the analysis, implementation, and improvement of quality management systems and other operational systems within the company.
10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality-related issues and ensure effective communication.
11. Participate in internal and external audits, quality improvement 12. projects, and company activities as assigned.
12. Prepare and maintain quality records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company and customer requirements.
13. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
