QSHE. Manager

Your tasks

1. Support, coordinate and implement QSHE policies, guidelines and procedures to meet the objective and target effectively.
2. Review and provide important information in case of new project launch for an operational site, contractors and customer.
3. Develop and implement integrated management systems for quality (ISO9001:2015)/Halal/RSPO/GHG/Environmental.
4. Ensure the alignment of these systems with the company's strategic goals, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
5. Ensure rigorous quality control, lead internal and external audits, and manage corrective action processes to address ono-conformities.
6. Develop and oversee environmental management systems that ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, focusing on waste reduction, etc.
7. Drive continuous improvement in environmental performance through innovative strategies in recycling, resource conservation, and emissions reduction.
8. Ensure the organization complies with relevant regulatory and certification requirements, including automotive industry standards and environmental regulations.

Requirements

requirements and international standards.

1. Male/Female, age 40-45 years.
2. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Bachelor of Science Major Chemistry.
3. Accepting least 3 year of experience in the QA/QC/QMS Manager.
4. Good English language skills (oral and written).
5. Minimum 3 years of work experience in supervising team.
6. Proficient in using the computer and basic application software and the ability to use it in doing related reports.
7. Experience and background in ISO 9001, Halal, GHG, RSPO , 5S, Safety knowledge.
8. Knowledge in using relevant quality tools.
