supervisor Customs Clearance (นิคมอุตสาหกรรมส่งออกแหลมฉบัง เสรี2)

1.ตรวจสอบใบขนสินค้าขาเข้าและขาออกให้ถูกต้องตามกฎระเบียบศุลกากร/Checking (correctness on entries document according customs rule and regulation) 2.ร่วมกับผู้บังคับบัญชากำหนดการตั้งเป้าหมายและ KPI ของส่วนงาน(operate with Department head for indicate Target and KPIs) 3.มีส่วนร่วมควบคุมเกี่ยวกับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแผนก(Participate in cotnrol of customer complaints) 4.ให้คำแนะนำเรื่องใบขนสินค้าที่ถูกต้องต่อแผนกบริการลูกค้าเพื่อแจ้งลูกค้า(Advise for information onto entries document with CS department for service customer) 5.ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้มอบหมาย(Perform other tasks as assigne from Department head)

Qualifications: Bachalor's degree in Losigstics or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in EDI, Logistics, Shipping, or Customs operations Good problem-solving and analytical skills Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and support team members Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel as well Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
