Nintex K2 Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Nintex K2 Developer to design, develop, implement, and support business process automation and workflow solutions using the Nintex K2 platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in K2 workflow development, forms, integrations, and application support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Nintex K2 workflows, forms, and business process applications .
• Develop and configure K2 SmartForms, SmartObjects, and workflow processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable workflow and automation solutions.
• Integrate K2 applications with external systems and databases.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, web services, and SQL databases .
• Configure workflow rules, business logic, approvals, notifications, and escalations.
• Troubleshoot workflow, form, integration, and production issues.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support UAT.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain application documentation.
• Support application deployments across development, test, and production environments.
• Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Provide production support and participate in incident and problem management.
• Follow development standards, security guidelines, and change-management processes.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Nintex K2 / K2 Five .
• Experience with K2 SmartForms, SmartObjects, and workflows .
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL queries .
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services .
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies , including .NET/C# and ASP.NET, is preferred.
• Experience integrating K2 with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise applications .
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, SSO, and Active Directory .
• Experience with application deployment and production support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Nintex Automation Cloud or migration from legacy K2 environments.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
