Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct search Screen CVs and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate interview schedules Administer candidate assessments and prepare evaluation reports Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs Negotiate employment offers and coordinate onboarding activities Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rate Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and applicable labour laws.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Minimum of 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Strong candidate sourcing skills across multiple recruitment channels Experience conducting competency-based interviews Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms Good understanding of Nigerian labour laws and recruitment best practices Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
