Chief Accounting

Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting.

Previous experience in Real Estate / Development is A Must .

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and accounting standards.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Experience in GL , Cash Flow Management , Financial Reporting , cost accounting , external & internal audit ,ERP Systems and Budgeting &Forecasting .

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including experience in a Chief accounting role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.

Hands-on experience with customer and supplier settlements.

Experience in Real Estate or Construction is A Must

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Strong analytical and leadership skills.
