Context / Project Background

Our client in the public sector is looking for a Senior UX Designer to support the development of user-centric digital platforms.

You will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user experiences across multiple digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces

• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

• Ensure consistency across digital platforms
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders

• Contribute to responsive and accessible design solutions

Required Skills & Expertise

Must Have:

• Strong experience as UX Designer
• Experience with design tools (Adobe, Sketch, InVision)

• Experience facilitating workshops
• Strong understanding of responsive design

• Dutch language proficiency (C2 level)

Should Have:

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience in Agile environments

• Experience with UX research
• Experience with content-driven design

Nice to Have:

• Experience in public sector environments
• Experience in large digital platforms

• Knowledge of accessibility standards
