Medical Sales Representative (Outdoor Sales)

Insta Soft is looking for an experienced Medical Representative (Medical Rep) / Medical Sales Representative to join our team and promote Insta Clinic, a software solution designed to help clinics manage their daily operations. The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Medical Rep or in Medical Sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or medical supplies industry, with a strong network of doctors, clinics, and medical centers in Egypt. Key Responsibilities Visit doctors, clinics, medical centers, and healthcare facilities to introduce Insta Clinic.

Present the software's features and explain how it can improve clinic management.

Conduct product demonstrations and answer potential clients' questions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Identify potential clients, follow up on leads, handle objections, and close sales.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular reports of visits and sales activities.

Follow up with clients throughout the sales process and support successful on-boarding.

Previous experience as a Medical Representative (Medical Rep), Medical Sales Representative, or in outdoor Sales .

Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or medical supplies industry is preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to conduct product demonstrations and close sales.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
