Business Projects Manager
???? We’re Hiring: Business Projects Manager – New Ventures & Strategy I’m looking for a Business Projects Manager to work directly with me on new business ideas, strategic projects, and selected initiatives across EasyKash.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in project management, business development, startups, fintech, banking, or business operations who enjoys taking a project from an idea and turning it into reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new business projects from idea to launch
- Research new business opportunities and markets
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
- Coordinate customer research and collect market feedback
- Build business plans, budgets, financial models, and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with technology, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams
- Manage MVP and pilot launches
- Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs
- Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure execution
- Support strategic projects within EasyKash
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with banks, partners, suppliers, and potential customers
- Prepare management reports and project dashboards
- Identify project risks and recommend solutions
- Evaluate project results and recommend whether to continue, modify, or stop a project
This is not an administrative or personal assistant position . You will work closely with the CEO on real business projects, including evaluating new opportunities, building new products and businesses, and managing projects from concept through execution.

- 4–8 years of professional experience
- Experience in Project Management, Business Development, Business Operations, Product, Strategy, Banking, Fintech, or Startups
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Good business and commercial understanding
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to prepare budgets and basic financial models
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
- Comfortable working with technology and AI tools
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
- Strong follow-up and attention to detail
