Your tasks

• Record and maintain accounting transactions within the ERP/accounting system.
• Prepare working papers supporting daily accounting operations.
• Perform monthly financial statement variance analysis and prepare explanatory reports.
• Reconcile accounting ledgers against trial balances and financial statements.
• Manage bank reconciliations and payment scheduling through banking platforms.
• Issue customer invoices and monitor related accounting records.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and corporate reporting packages.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and financial controls.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate accounting records throughout the complete accounting cycle.

Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical accounting professional with solid experience in multinational environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, advanced financial analysis skills, and hands-on experience managing the full accounting cycle.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proven experience managing the full accounting cycle.
• Experience in multinational or transnational companies.
• Strong background in financial statement analysis, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
