SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily site operations, coordinate workers, and oversee construction progress, quality, and site safety.
2. Independently perform carpentry tasks: formwork fabrication, timber processing, door and window frame installation, and assembly/repair of wooden components.
3. Independently perform masonry tasks: wall and floor tiling, plastering, leveling, waterproofing, bricklaying, etc.
4. Interpret construction drawings and technical specifications; perform on-site measurements and layout (setting out).
5. Drive company vehicles (Class 3 license required) to transport workers, tools, and materials, and accompany clients for on-site discussions.
6. Inspect construction quality, identify defects, resolve technical issues on-site, and rectify non-compliant work.
7. Calculate material usage and labor hours, prepare quotations, and maintain site logs.
8. Maintain hand/power tools and company vehicles to ensure equipment safety and operational readiness.
9. Coordinate and communicate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 4 driving license; able to drive a van/truck.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Possess team management skills; able to lead workers in construction tasks.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships and lead the team to meet performance targets.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Must be willing to work night shifts, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Must be able to work irregular hours based on customer requirements.
• Ability to work long hours, late evenings, and weekends.
