Key Responsibilities
- Bidding & RFQ Management
- Prepare RFQ/ITB packages and manage the full tendering process.
- Handle tender clarifications, technical and commercial evaluations.
- Prepare cost comparisons and support Tender Evaluation Reports for approval.

- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related fields.
- Relevant experience in QS, procurement, tendering or subcontract management.
- Strong knowledge of tendering, subcontractor sourcing and contract administration.
- Experience in cost estimation, BOQ, quantity take-off and cost control.
