Full stack Developer

Responsibilities:

Product & Full Stack Engineering:

Build and maintain consumer-facing product experiences. Develop and ship new features from concept to production. Work closely with our product, growth, and design teams. Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability. Contribute to both mobile and web development.

Backend & Platform Engineering:

Design and build scalable APIs and backend services. Maintain and improve our platform architecture and infrastructure. Build integrations with external data providers and APIs. Develop internal tools and operational systems. Improve monitoring, reliability, and system performance.

AI & Intelligent Discovery You’ll help us build the next generation of discovery experiences, including:

Personalized recommendations. AI-powered search and discovery. Venue and event ranking systems. User preference modeling. Recommendation engines. Context-aware suggestions.  AI-assisted content generation workflows.

Data & Analytics:

Build event and venue data ingestion pipelines. Design scalable data models. Implement user activity tracking. Support analytics, reporting, experimentation, and growth measurement. Build systems that can support future machine-learning initiatives.

Technical Leadership:

Contribute to our technical architecture and engineering standards. Participate in technical planning and prioritization. Identify and solve scalability and performance bottlenecks. Contribute to engineering best practices. Help mentor future engineering hires as our team grows.

Requirements:

 4 years of software engineering experience. Strong experience building and shipping production applications. Experience developing products used by real customers. Strong problem-solving and system-design skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong ownership mentality and startup mindset. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 300,000 Monthly
