Your tasks
Join Non Halal Japanese Restaurants as a Part-Time Service or Kitchen team member to deliver excellent customer service, support kitchen and delivery operations, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Greet customers and seat them promptly to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Take and accurately process customer orders and generate bills for payment
- Respond clearly to customer inquiries about services and promotions to enhance satisfaction
- Clean and prepare tables efficiently for incoming customers to maintain hygiene standards
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and support delivery staff to facilitate timely service
- Manage customer queues and reservations to optimize seating and reduce wait times
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cleaning soft serve machines and drink dispensers
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work a minimum of 18 hours per week
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays with corresponding hourly rates
- Willingness to participate in training programs to develop job skills
