Sales & Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Project Commercialization:
Develop commercial plans for projects and campaigns, translating creative and cultural concepts into commercially viable offerings
Set project objectives, sales targets, timelines, and deliverables
Develop pricing, sales approaches, and customer acquisition strategies
Monitor project performance and prepare post-project reports on sales, customer response, and lessons learned
Projects may include Christmas gifting and hampers, Valentine's collections, bridal and bridesmaids' gifting, souvenir styling, bespoke gifting, in-house product development, curated collections, and cultural events.
Sales & Business Development:
Build and manage sales pipelines for projects, experiences, and curated products
Identify and convert prospective individual, corporate, and institutional clients
Develop partnerships, referral opportunities, and repeat and cross-sell opportunities
Marketing:
Develop marketing plans per project and coordinate campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
Brief and coordinate designers, photographers, and videographers
Track campaign performance and recommend adjustments
Vendor & Creative Coordination:
Liaise with vendors on project execution, obtain and compare quotations, coordinate production timelines
Monitor vendor performance and escalate issues where needed
Client & Market Intelligence
Maintain records of prospects and clients, track preferences and purchasing behaviour
Identify which products, experiences, and projects generate the strongest commercial response
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development, project management, events, hospitality, luxury retail, lifestyle, fashion, or gifting
Strong commercial and sales orientation, with demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through execution
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working with vendors, designers, and external partners
Good understanding of social media and digital marketing
Ability to interpret sales and marketing data and turn it into decisions
Strong appreciation for culture, aesthetics, and premium customer experiences
Remuneration: NGN 400,000 net monthly, plus a performance-based incentive tied to revenue generated on assigned projects.
