Duty Manager

A busy Liverpool hotel and leisure venue is looking for a Duty Manager to take charge during their shift and lead teams across front office and food and beverage. Every shift brings a different mix of guests, queries and priorities.

This is a strong next step for a senior supervisor or duty manager who wants real responsibility for how the venue runs.

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £31,000 – £34,000 per year

Employment: Permanent

The Role

• Taking charge of the venue during your shift.
• Leading teams across front office, food and beverage.

• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues quickly.
• Overseeing health and safety, security and opening and closing.

• Supporting senior managers with reporting and staffing.

About You

• Experience as a Duty Manager or senior supervisor in hospitality.
• Confident decision-making and leadership.

• Strong guest focus and problem-solving.
• Good organisation and IT skills.

• Flexible to work a rota including evenings and weekends.
