Requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field;

• 10 years of manufacturing experience, prefer experience in sheet metal fabrication and electromechanical assembly.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills;

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6S is preferred;

• Good English communication skills in an international working environment;
