Take ownership of full accounting functions for assigned entities or business units. Lead month-end and year-end closing activities. Review reconciliations, journals and accounting entries. Prepare management schedules and financial reports. Monitor receivables, payables and cash flow. Coordinate audit, tax and statutory requirements. Review payment and banking activities for accuracy and compliance. Investigate variances and resolve accounting discrepancies. Guide junior finance staff on accounting processes.
