Registered Manager - Children's Residential Home (7 Bed) - Bradford
Salary: £51,331 - £63,553 | Total Package: Up to £73,808 (including bonus and allowances)

Our client, a leading provider of specialist care, is hiring for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a 7-bed children's residential home supporting young people with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs . This is a rewarding opportunity to guide a high-performing team and create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and developing a motivated care team
- Ensuring full Ofsted compliance and maintaining high-quality standards
- Overseeing care planning and tracking positive outcomes for young people
- Managing referrals and admissions efficiently
- Cultivating a culture of safety, support, and motivation for young people and staff
You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and therapists, to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
What you'll bring:
- Proven leadership skills in a children's care setting
- Strong understanding of SEMH needs and care standards
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and quality care
Required Education & Licences:
- Relevant childcare or social care qualification
- Appropriate safeguarding and health & safety certifications
Experience:
- Extensive experience in children's residential care, with a focus on SEMH support
- Track record of managing teams and ensuring compliance
