SALARY KSHS.20,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS

JOB LOCATION EASTERN BYPASS (RUAI)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Laboratory & Technical Support

• Assist with equipment testing, preparation, basic operation, and demonstrations.
• Support installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting under supervision.
• Conduct pre-delivery equipment checks.
• Assist with technical documentation and product specifications.

Product & Customer Support

• Understand the company's medical, laboratory, and scientific equipment portfolio.
• Assist customers in understanding product features and applications.
• Participate in demonstrations at hospitals, laboratories, clinics, research institutions, and other facilities.
• Respond to basic technical/product inquiries and escalate complex matters.

Order & Delivery Support

• Assist in coordinating equipment preparation and delivery.
• Confirm that products supplied match customer specifications.
• Support customer handover and basic product orientation.
• Maintain records of leads, quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer follow-ups.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant practical or laboratory experience is an added advantage
• Basic understanding of laboratory equipment, procedures, and safety practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, organized, and attentive to detail
• Strong interest in medical, laboratory, and scientific equipment
• Willingness to learn technical products and develop customer-facing skills
