Join us as a Senior Product Manager in our Pro Business Unit dedicated to our mid-market segment. You'll lead one pod through a full cycle — problem → shape → build → ship → measure — as its single point of accountability. A Pod at Brevo is a small, cross-functional team within the Product Engineering department of the BU led by a Sr. PM, Sr. Designer or Engineering Manager with 2-3 full stack engineers (known as Product Builders). The role blends PM, Product Design and Product Engineering skills, all AI-enhanced and AI-leveraged, so candidates from either of these backgrounds are welcome.

Your impact at Brevo Gather client signals and usage data and translate them into clearly defined problems, then shape the pitch — appetite, solution, risks and no-gos — and defend it at the betting table.

Act as the pod's sole design reference: frame the user experience, make interaction and interface decisions, and create prototypes in line with our Naos design system leveraging Claude or our in-house prototyping tool.

Run the build cycle against the pitch, using lightweight written status artefacts rather than recurring status meetings, and adjust scope rather than extend timelines.

Agree on one or two measurable outcomes before the build begins, then deliver a clear post-launch verdict: continue, adjust, or discontinue.

Own the launch: run the beta programme, equip PMM for go-to-market, and get Sales, CSM and Support ready ahead of release.

Be the pod's single point of contact for the wider BU — surfacing risks early, coordinating with peer Pod Leaders, and applying AI tools by default across discovery, prototyping and analysis.

Who you are You have a relevant background as a PM or Product Designer, or Lead Engineer — no single track is preferred.

You can own an experience end-to-end: framing user problems, making interface/interaction decisions, and producing or validating prototypes (Figma and design-system literacy required).

You have a go-getter, get-things-done mentality: you take initiative, push through ambiguity, and drive things to completion rather than waiting to be told.

You can write and defend a complete pitch: problem, appetite, sketch, rabbit holes, no-gos and success metrics.

You have a track record of shipping against a committed appetite using lightweight, async cadence artefacts (e.g. hill charts) rather than heavyweight Scrum rituals.

You're comfortable pulling and interpreting usage data (Amplitude, funnel, retention) and running discovery interviews to turn signals into problem statements.

You're tech-credible: comfortable reading AI-generated code and partnering with a Lead Engineer on trade-offs — and you integrate AI tools by default into your day-to-day work, with a critical validation step on their outputs.
