Backend Engineer (Golang)

Project/Client:Marketplace Location:Baltic states (remote/hybrid from Vilnius) Start Date:ASAP Duration:18-24 months with possible extension Language:Lithuanian preferred/English

Role Overview: We are looking for Backend Engineerswith strong Golangexperience to support the development and migration of a SaaSproduct in the marketplacesector. The role involves building scalable backend services, supporting migration activities, and collaborating closely with the team in a flexible project setup. Occasional on-site work in Vilniusmay be expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang
• Support migration activities for a growing SaaSproduct
• Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable backend solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and deliver technical requirements
• Contribute to a flexible delivery setup as project needs evolve
• Participate in technical discussions and interviews where needed to ensure strong team fit

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Golangbackend development
• Experience working on SaaSproducts or scalable backend systems
• Ability to work flexibly in a changing project environment
• Lithuanian language skills and availability for occasional office work in Vilnius
