Role Overview

Our client, a prestigious international interior design consultancy, is seeking an exceptionally creative and visionary Senior Interior Designer to lead their F&B and Hospitality design sector within the region.

As a master concept designer with over 15 years of experience, you will be responsible for shaping world-class, luxury lifestyle spaces-ranging from high-end restaurants and bespoke cafés to luxury hospitality venues. You will blend artistic vision with operational reality, guiding projects from initial blue-sky concepts through to final site completion while mentoring a talented design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Visionary Design: Lead the creative direction for luxury F&B and hospitality projects, staying ahead of global design trends and pushing boundaries to create memorable guest experiences.
• End-to-End Delivery: Oversee projects seamlessly across all stages: from initial concept design, space planning, and operational layouts through to technical documentation, tender packaging, construction, and final site handover.
• Team Leadership: Guide, inspire, and mentor junior and mid-weight designers, fostering a culture of collaborative design excellence.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary creative contact, confidently presenting design concepts and pitching ideas to international clients and stakeholders.
• Multidisciplinary Coordination: Technical coordination with multidisciplinary consultants, ensuring design intent is strictly maintained throughout the engineering and construction phases.
• FF&E Specification: Lead the selection and specification of high-end Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) tailored to luxury hospitality environments.

• Education: A Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
• Experience: 15+ years of professional design experience, with a heavy emphasis on luxury F&B and hospitality environments in the region.
• Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating exceptional concept-driven design work across luxury lifestyle, restaurants, and hospitality venues.
• Mindset: A passionate, creative thinker who follows world-class interior designers, tracks global lifestyle trends, and possesses a meticulous, detail-oriented approach to design excellence.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously within a fast-paced, international studio environment.

Technical & Digital Skillset (Minimum Requirements)

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: SketchUp, Enscape
