Technology Integration Engineer [CCP for ICT Professionals]

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technology integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals Collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Product, Operations) and external partners to design and implement integration solutions Evaluate and recommend third-party platforms, APIs, and tools to enhance digital capabilities Oversee API development, microservices architecture, and middleware solutions to enable seamless system connectivity Ensure high system performance, reliability, and scalability across integrated platforms Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration standards, and best practices Drive continuous improvement of integration processes, tools, and frameworks Monitor emerging technologies and assess opportunities to enhance the digital ecosystem Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members
