Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Carry out installation, servicing and maintenance of engines, generators and related equipment.
- Install and connect electrical components, wiring, control panels, sensors and other equipment according to drawings.
- Perform engine assembly, disassembly and mechanical works, including pumps, cylinder heads, radiators, couplings and piping.
- Conduct alignment, valve adjustment, load testing and safety device testing.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and troubleshoot engine and generator issues.
- Record test results, diagnostic findings and required parameters.
- Perform general servicing and maintenance of engines and alternators.
- Support other technical and workshop activities when required.
Job Requirements:
- ITE qualification or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on technical experience.
- Practical electrical experience is required.
- Knowledge of hydraulic starting systems, marine gearboxes, AC alternators, alignment, control panels or testing is an advantage.
- Basic IT and PLC knowledge will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
