• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across HR and operational business units.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, system design documents (BRD, FRS, SRS), and process flow diagrams (BPMN/UML).
• Conduct gap analysis between current-state processes and target-state system capabilities.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, walkthroughs, and sign-off sessions with business users and technical teams.
• Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 7+ years of experience in both Business Analysis (BA) and System Analysis (SA) Strong understanding of business processes and technical system design. Experience with ERP HR systems, particularly Time Attendance and Payroll modules. Proficient in SQL, including writing queries, troubleshooting data issues, and analyzing Store Procedures. Ability to investigate and validate large volumes of data. Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and system integration concepts. Able to work closely with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
