Oversee daily physical security, access control, and enforcement operations across commercial and residential car parking sites. Monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs), access control protocols, visitor management, and perimeter patrols. Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and unannounced night inspections to identify security gaps and operational vulnerabilities. Conduct performance evaluations, handle disciplinary matters, and foster high team morale and professionalism. Draft detailed incident reports, conduct root-cause investigations, and present corrective action plans to senior management. Maintain strong relationships with building management, tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
