Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large, globally operating financial institution. The role involves working within complex banking environments, focusing on credit risk and portfolio management reporting. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytical and functional solutions supporting strategic initiatives.
Daily tasks
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for both short-term and long-term initiatives
- Support the development and enhancement of Management Information (MI) reporting within Credit Risk or Portfolio Management domains
- Work closely with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and agree on business outcomes and actionable deliverables
- Facilitate communication between business, technology, and offshore teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to DevOps best practices
- Identify and analyze business problems or opportunities and propose effective solutions
- Ensure high-quality documentation and traceability of requirements across the project lifecycle
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis within the banking/financial services sector Strong knowledge of MI reporting , ideally in Credit Risk or Portfolio Management Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis across complex systems Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments Hands-on experience collaborating with offshore development, testing, and analysis teams Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2+)
