Operations/ Supply Lead

Responsibilities:

Coordinate procurement, supply planning, inventory, warehousing, and order fulfilment. Establish operational SOPs and controls. Forecast stock requirements with Commercial/Sales

Prevent stock-outs, overstocking, losses, and fulfilment delays. Manage suppliers and operational service providers. Improve efficiency as order and distribution volumes increase.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience A minimum of an HND in a related field Strong FMCG/supply-chain/operations experience. Excellent process-building and problem-solving ability.

Inventory and supply-planning competence. Comfortable introducing structure into a growing operation. Strong numerical and analytical skills.

Remuneration: NGN 500,000 – 600,000 Monthly
