Trainee Estate Agent

If so, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for an ambitious Trainee Estate Agent to join our growing team. No previous estate agency experience is required – we'll provide full training and ongoing support to help you build a successful career in the property industry. What You'll Be Doing Assisting buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants throughout their property journey. Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements. Arranging and conducting property viewings. Generating new business opportunities through proactive communication. Building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional customer service. Supporting the sales team with negotiations and progressing sales. Keeping property records and CRM systems up to date. Learning all aspects of residential sales and lettings. What We're Looking For A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills. A willingness to learn and develop. Confidence working towards targets. Good organisational and time management skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred/essential depending on your business). What We Offer Full training and career development.
