Maintenance Technician (m/f) - Aethos Ericeira

Key Responsibilities & Mission Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the hotel’s facilities and equipment, identifying and reporting breakdowns or technical needs.

Operations & Technical Support: Promptly respond to maintenance requests from various departments, supporting the resolution of technical issues affecting daily operations.

Safety & Best Practices: Strictly follow safety protocols, correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and report any situations that may pose a risk to people, equipment, or facilities.

Organization & Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of the property, keeping technical and work areas organized, clean, and safe while ensuring proper care of tools and machinery.

Collaboration & Reporting: Log and update completed maintenance tasks, reporting status updates to the Maintenance Manager / POM, and supporting external contractors or suppliers when needed.

Conservation & Improvement: Contribute to the continuous upkeep of the hotel, promoting responsible use of resources and identifying opportunities for upgrades or replacements.

Preferred Candidate Profile Experience & Technical Skills: Previous experience in maintenance, technical facilities, or a similar role is preferred, along with solid general technical knowledge suitable for the position.

Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese adequate for the role; working knowledge of English is a plus.

Personal Skills: Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving mindset, and clear communication skills.

Attitude: Proactive, responsible, team-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
