WE ARE HIRING – SERVER / CASHIER

We are looking for a friendly, service-oriented, and professional Server/Cashier to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide warm, friendly, and excellent service to customers.
• Take customer orders accurately and ensure food and beverages are delivered according to their orders.
• Explain menu items, products, and promotions to customers.
• Perform effective upselling to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the work area.
• Maintain a professional appearance, good grooming, and a positive attitude at all times.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining service quality.

Requirements

• Good command of English is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, preferably as a Server or Cashier.
• Excellent knowledge of menu items and products.
• Good understanding of workplace hygiene and food safety standards.
• Strong commitment, responsible, polite, honest, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Experience working in a high-end/upscale restaurant is highly preferred.
