Supervisor and Foreman (Construction)

Job Summary Oversee construction projects by coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety compliance to deliver projects on time. Responsibilities Monitor construction site progress to ensure projects meet scheduled deadlines Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors to control site work plans Liaise with clients and consultants to align project objectives and resolve issues Supervise on-site workers to maintain productivity and adherence to standards Enforce safety regulations to ensure compliance and a safe working environment Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship Perform related ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project completion Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 2 years of relevant construction project experience Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively Proven leadership skills to collaborate with personnel at all levels Capacity to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Self-motivated and able to work independently
