Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a Deputy General Manager on behalf of a leading hospitality brand in Inverness.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, people-focused leader to support the General Manager in driving operational excellence, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Support and develop the management team.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
• Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.
• Analyse performance and implement improvements.
• Support recruitment, training, and people development.
• Step up and lead the operation in the General Manager's absence.

About you:

You'll currently be working as a Deputy General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager within:

• Restaurants
• Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
• Hospitality
• Food Retail
• Convenience Retail
