Video Editor (AI & Animated Content)

Level : Associate Years of working tenure : Minimum 2-4 years of related experience. Full English proficiency is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and edit animated video content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website)
• Create various content formats including short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), explainer videos, product demos, campaign materials, and website visuals
• Develop motion graphics, animated infographics, and branded visual assets
• Repurpose content into different formats and aspect ratios for cross-platform distribution
• Leverage AI tools to streamline production, improve output quality, and continuously test new formats, tools, and content approaches

Requirements:

• Proficiency in key tools: After Effects, CapCut, and AI tools (e.g., HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield)
• Strong visual storytelling skills with a good sense of timing, pacing, and animation flow
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong AI mindset: actively uses, tests, and integrates AI tools into daily workflow
• Proactive and growth-oriented, with experience creating content for B2C brands (F&B, health/lifestyle, or services), and bonus point if you have familiarity with WhatsApp-native formats
