Core Responsibilities

Prepare drinks accurately based on Karak & Go SOPs. Maintain 3 squeeze bottles per flavor each morning. Keep station clean, well-stocked, and organized. Stay at your bar station at all times during the shift. Report any low or depleted supplies early. Interact with customers professionally when needed. Maintain shop aesthetics and represent K&G values.

Execution at Karak & Go

Prep foam bottles early as possible. Clean and refill matcha set, coffee grinder, and espresso machine daily. Re-check recipe book when making new or seasonal drinks. Immediately inform storekeeper and cash manager if any supplies are running out. Clean station before, on-the-go, and after shift, sanitize equipment thoroughly. Assist wait staff if needed with packing or cup checks: without leaving your station.
