SUPERVISOR

Maintain a thorough knowledge of and ensure compliance with departmental policies, standards, and service procedures. Supervise the proper use, handling, and upkeep of tools, equipment, and devices to ensure they are maintained in good working condition. Analyse guests’ requirements and prepare appropriate plans to resolve customer service-related issues and ensure guest satisfaction. Monitor employee morale, performance, and conduct, and conduct annual performance appraisals. Oversee the collection and submission of payroll-related documents, attendance records, and leave forms to the Human Resources Department. Ensure that daily departmental operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company standards and procedures.
