*Qualifications:*

• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Experience in the construction, renovation, windows and doors, cabinetry, or whole-home customization industry is preferred
• *Fluent in both English and Chinese, *with strong speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Able to follow up on customer needs, quotations, and order progress

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups
• Respond to customer inquiries and organize customer information
• Assist with preparing quotations and order-related documents
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams
• Provide daily sales and administrative support
