Service Crew / Cashier (Self-service Concept)

Most orders will be done through online QR code self-ordering. The role will primarily be helping customers and passing food to them at the collection counter.  No prior experience needed. Full time and part time roles available.

Job Duties Greet and assist customers Show customers how to complete QR Code Ordering. Most orders will be done via QR self-ordering. Handle POS (sales terminal), Food Delivery devices and all cashier transactions (where necessary) Prepare and pack orders, buzz for customers and pass prepared food at collection counter. Basic food/drink preparation. Assist and support with stock replenishment Coordination with Kitchen Team Maintain food safety and hygiene standards Adhere to SOPs/recipe guidelines Assist where necessary, as assigned by the management.
