Insurance Executive

We are looking for an Insurance Executive to manage servicing and claims support for our individual life and corporate insurance clients. You will handle client and employee claims enquiries by email, liaise with insurers via their online portals for claims, endorsements and renewals, assist in the renewal of insurance contracts/policies, follow up on outstanding documentation, maintain case records, and support with client servicing. Requirements:  Diploma with at least 3-5 years' of working experience , better with relevant general insurance experience and customer services , valid Certificate in General Insurance, strong written communication skills, proficient in MS Office, able to manage multiple cases independently, and able to start work soon.
