Concierge (Jaguar and Land Rover)

Responsibilities Attend to showroom walk-in clients and corporate guests

Ensure showroom is in tip top condition as per checklist

Generate showroom reports and maintain prospect database

Handle sales of merchandise and monitor stock availability, replenishing as and when required

Provide support for Marketing activities and events

Cover for café duties

Any other tasks assigned by your superior

Requirements Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 2 years of relevant experience

Exemplary customer service with a high degree of initiative

Required to work on weekends and public holidays
