PR Strategy, Corporate Communications & Reputation
- Shape and maintain waterdrop®'s global PR strategy and content calendar together with leadership and marketing
- Translate the brand narrative into consistent messaging, story angles, and assets for global and local use
- Own waterdrop®'s LinkedIn strategy and content - our primary channel for corporate storytelling and thought leadership
- Identify and drive thought-leadership opportunities for waterdrop®'s leadership team
- Set up and maintain a media monitoring process to track coverage and sentiment across markets, and use those insights to refine strategy
- Maintain a small set of direct relationships with top-tier and global media outlets for corporate-level announcements
Local Market Enablement
- Act as the main point of contact for local marketing teams on their PR agency work, setting direction and reviewing output
- Push local teams and their agencies toward sharper, more relevant coverage
- Validate PR agency output against quality and relevance standards, and support markets in sourcing new agencies when needed
- Work directly with PR agencies in markets without a local marketing manager to own this
- Create and maintain a PR playbook for local teams and agencies - messaging guidelines, do's and don'ts, and escalation paths
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Represent PR in cross-functional and leadership discussions
- Partner with Brand Strategy, Marketing, Legal, People/HR, and local marketing teams on sensitive or reputation-relevant matters
- Support leadership visibility: prepare leaders for interviews, public appearances, and press moments
Crisis & Reputation Support
- Maintain a lightweight crisis-response framework that markets can lean on if needed
- Step in to keep messaging consistent if an issue crosses multiple markets
Your strengths and qualifications:
- Proven experience in PR, corporate communications, or a comparable role, ideally with international/multi-market exposure
- Strong strategic and narrative skills - able to turn a brand story into consistent messaging across channels and markets
- Experience managing or steering PR agencies, with a sharp eye for quality and relevance of coverage
- Confident working directly with leadership on thought leadership, media training, and executive visibility
- A structured, proactive mindset - building frameworks and playbooks rather than only reacting to requests
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across markets, functions, and seniority levels
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

The annual gross salary for this position ranges from EUR 50.000 to EUR 60.000 on a full-time basis (All-in). The final salary will depend on your qualifications and professional experience. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
