SENIOR RESIDENT ARCHITECT (SRA)

Requirements

• Recognised degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification acceptable to the Employer.

• At least 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 8 years in architectural site supervision.
• Senior site-based architectural experience on at least one large-scale, complex building development involving multi-storey construction, basement works and extensive multi-disciplinary coordination.

• Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices, applicable codes and statutory requirements.
• Strong coordination, communication, reporting and problem-solving skills.
