CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities Plan and oversee daily construction activities on site to achieve project progress, safety, and quality objectives Ensure all construction work complies with specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations Manage and supervise direct workers and subcontractors to deliver projects within budget and scheduled timeframes Develop workforce plans for in-house workers to optimize resource allocation and productivity Collaborate with consultants, Resident Engineers (RE), Resident Technical Officers (RTO), and in-house technical teams to resolve onsite discrepancies promptly Identify and anticipate construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues to implement proactive solutions Participate in subcontractor and client progress meetings to communicate updates and align project goals Coordinate and manage site materials and equipment delivery and storage to ensure efficient and cost-effective usage Apply knowledge and experience in condominium and deep basement construction to support project execution Perform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Directors
